FitNavi Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 21, 2026

FitNavi ("the app", "we", "us") is a personal fitness tracking app for iPhone. This policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled. The short version: your data stays on your device and, if you choose, in your own private iCloud account. We do not collect it, we cannot see it, and we never sell it.

What data the app uses

Fitness and workout data you enter. Workouts, exercises, sets, goals, plans, and progress you log are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

Apple Health data (read only, with your permission). If you grant access, FitNavi reads the following from Apple Health to power features such as training load, recovery insights, and activity rings:

• Workouts (from Apple Watch and other connected sources)
• Activity data (Move, Exercise, and Stand)
• Sleep analysis

FitNavi reads this data only. It never writes to Apple Health, and it never transmits your Health data to us or to any third party. The data is used on your device to display insights inside the app. You can review or revoke this access at any time in the Health app under Sharing, or in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Health.

Preferences. App settings (such as units, goal targets, and display options) are stored on your device using UserDefaults. These never leave your device except as part of optional iCloud Sync below.

We do not collect personal data

FitNavi has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no onboarding questionnaire. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking, and the app contains no third-party SDKs. We do not have a server, and no usage data is sent to us. The app does not track you across other apps or websites.

Optional iCloud Sync

FitNavi includes an optional iCloud Sync feature that is turned off by default. If you turn it on, your app data syncs across your own Apple devices through your private iCloud account, using Apple's CloudKit private database.

• The data stays within your personal iCloud account. We have no access to it and no ability to read it.
• It is single user. FitNavi does not support shared or multi-user data.
• You can turn sync off at any time in the app's Settings under Devices.

Data synced through iCloud is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.

Sharing features

You can share a workout as an image or share a workout template as a QR code. These actions are started by you and share only the specific content you choose, through the standard iOS share sheet. FitNavi does not share anything automatically.

Data retention and deletion

Your data lives on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. To delete it:

• Delete individual items (workouts, goals, plans, and so on) inside the app, or
• Turn off iCloud Sync to stop syncing across devices, or
• Delete the app to remove its local data from that device. If iCloud Sync was enabled, you can remove the synced data from iCloud in iOS Settings under your name > iCloud.

Children's privacy

FitNavi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
